Entrance
A novel. Currently seeking representation. Entrance follows seven protagonists across two centuries — a !Kung shaman, a Scottish palaeontologist, a Yorkshire medium, a Finnish detective, a Māori pharmacologist, a South African dancer, and an Iraqi-French journalist — each living their story twice: once as tragedy, once as its opposite. Structured as two parallel halves of fourteen chapters, Entrance asks what changes when a species finally learns to listen.

"...I wanted to see where we had gone right..."
When a couple of stressed-out city dwellers decide they have had enough of the rat-race and migrate to the far north of New Zealand, their new life proves to be more interesting, more relaxing and much funnier than they ever expected.
In this, his first book, author Lloyd Jerome tells, with passion and humour, how a move to the antipodes has turned their life upside down.
